Lifeology is a supportive wellbeing course that helps you understand yourself better and build a practical “human maintenance plan” for everyday life. It’s designed to strengthen resilience habits and give you simple, usable tools for managing stress, staying grounded, and feeling more in control—especially when life feels busy or overwhelming.
You’ll explore three key areas:
Stability – creating a calm, steady base through simple self‑regulation techniques that support the mind, body and nervous system.
Streamlining – noticing patterns in thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and learning ways to keep what helps while letting go of what no longer serves you.
Purposeful Doing – building motivation and momentum with simple structures that help you stay on track, meet resistance, and keep purpose strong.

ESOL into Work is a friendly, supportive programme for refugees and asylum seekers, funded by Liverpool City Council. We help people build confidence, strengthen English for the workplace, and understand how work in the UK really works - and yes, there’s often a bit of Scouse along the way too.
We combine practical steps into employment with wellbeing support and real-life experiences that bring learning to life. Our approach is built around three simple ideas: FACES (connection, trust and encouragement from day one), SPACES (a safe environment where everyone feels valued and never judged) and PLACES (support to adjust to a new environment, understand local systems and feel more at home in Liverpool and the UK).
We also help remove barriers that can get in the way, offering guidance on rights and responsibilities, UK workplace culture, and routes into education, volunteering and work.

Good Help is a multi-agency workforce development programme borne out of the design and delivery of Early Help training in several Local Authorities and Housing Associations over the last 6 years. Responding to a need identified by front line workers to better support adults with multiple and complex needs, Good Help has a simple premise - that it doesn't matter who you work for, or who your clients/customers/beneficiaries are. Everyone deserves Good Help.
It works well for teams and partners alike, whether they are focused on early intervention and prevention, community work, placed based working. or neighbourhood and hyper-local level support teams. Good Help fosters improved joined up working at the local level, better understanding of personal responsibility, team accountability, collaboration, and communication.
